Your tasks:
As an assistant to the purchasing and logistics management, you will be part of a team of approximately 30 people and will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Close collaboration with and representation of the key user regarding the ERP system, BI tool, MS Excel, and document processing software, including support for users in the purchasing and logistics department
  • Creation and updating of reports and analyses using Excel and BI, as well as maintenance of master data and completion of monthly closing tasks
  • Participation in larger purchasing and logistics projects and taking on smaller projects such as revising existing processes or implementing new tools
  • Assisting with organizational and administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls for the department management, scheduling appointments, and organizing small internal events

Your qualifications:

  • You have completed training as an industrial clerk or have a comparable qualification?
  • Ideally, you have gained professional experience in industrial purchasing or commercial logistics?
  • You consider yourself to be ITsavvy, enjoy working with numbers and people, and have a passion for working with colleagues (m/f/d) and for the team?
  • You are proficient in using MS Office (especially MS Excel) and an ERP system?
  • You would like to apply your good German and English skills in your daily work?
