The Recruiting Specialist has responsibility for the full lifecycle recruitment process with overall responsibility to attract, retain, develop, and engage a talented and diverse workforce for organizational excellence while maintaining regulatory compliance.

T his is Limited-Service full time position.

  • Responsible for full cycle recruiting for regular, limited service, and temporary positions
  • Follow processes and procedures related to recruitment and onboarding of new hires
  • Process conversions for temporary staff converting to regular employees
  • Ensure that the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is maintained, and all tasks are completed timely and accurately
  • Ensure all phases of the recruiting process are conducted in accordance with Maximus and Maximus Ethics, Legal and Human Resources policies.
  • Focus on continuous learning and development, data integrity, DE&I engagement, recruitment metrics, and technology utilization
  • Participate in special projects as required
Minimum Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience. -Must have general knowledge of industry practices, techniques, and standards.
  • Strong ability to communicate on complex or sensitive issues or drafts such responses for supervisor or manager.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Minimum of 3 years recruiting experience required
  • Experience with high volume recruitment
  • Knowledge of basic recruiting practices and processes
  • Proficiency using an ATS (Applicant Tracking System),
    Avature ATS preferred
  • Experience with scheduling tools, YouCanBook.
