The Recruiting Specialist has responsibility for the full lifecycle recruitment process with overall responsibility to attract, retain, develop, and engage a talented and diverse workforce for organizational excellence while maintaining regulatory compliance.

T his is Limited-Service full time position.

Responsible for full cycle recruiting for regular, limited service, and temporary positions
Follow processes and procedures related to recruitment and onboarding of new hires
Process conversions for temporary staff converting to regular employees
Ensure that the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is maintained, and all tasks are completed timely and accurately
Ensure all phases of the recruiting process are conducted in accordance with Maximus and Maximus Ethics, Legal and Human Resources policies.
Focus on continuous learning and development, data integrity, DE&I engagement, recruitment metrics, and technology utilization
Participate in special projects as required

Minimum Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience. -Must have general knowledge of industry practices, techniques, and standards.
Strong ability to communicate on complex or sensitive issues or drafts such responses for supervisor or manager.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
Minimum of 3 years recruiting experience required
Experience with high volume recruitment
Knowledge of basic recruiting practices and processes
Proficiency using an ATS (Applicant Tracking System),
Avature ATS preferred
Experience with scheduling tools, YouCanBook.

Government contracting industry recruitment experience preferred.
Proficiency using Microsoft Office
Ability to multitask
Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently
Effective communication skills
