We are currently seeking a Trainee People & Culture (m/w/d) to join our Hamburg Headquarters team starting on September 1st, 2024.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lay the foundation for a fast-track specialist or management career in international travel retail through our 18-month program.

Your main responsibilities will include attracting top talent, developing and retaining employees, and promoting our employer brand.

During the program, you will have the chance to gain experience in various departments and interfaces within our People & Culture team, work on important projects alongside managers, and collaborate with our global locations.

To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates with a university degree in economics, preferably with a focus on HR management, psychology, or sociology.

You should also have at least 6 months of relevant practical experience, preferably in the field of human resources.

Additionally, we value intercultural competence, software skills (particularly in SAP and MS Office), analytical thinking, and strong communication and teamwork abilities.
