Shift Leader Food Technology (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities
✓ Active support and preparation of initial productions and test blends
✓ Management and supervision of a team of approximately 20 skilled employees
✓ Conducting trainings and instructions
✓ Data maintenance
✓ Organization and optimization of operational processes
✓ Ensuring compliance with occupational safety and hygiene guidelines, as well as quality requirements
✓ Coordination and implementation of production-related projects
