Exciting Opportunity - Full-time Position
We are currently seeking a
Complaints Coordinator (m/f/d) for our client in the Frank, WV area. This role will focus on quality assurance in the automotive industry.

This is a full-time position with day shifts and an immediate start date.

Your responsibilities:

You will be the main point of contact for a specific customer base regarding complaints and ensure timely resolution.
You will negotiate with customers on corrective actions.
You will coordinate the use of external companies for inspections and rework.
You will create 8D reports and initiate internal corrections.
You will be responsible for verifying corrective actions and ensuring supplier inspections.
You will maintain excellent communication with internal and external partners.
You will be responsible for maintaining master data in SAP and managing customer portals.

Your profile:

Completed commercial training with experience in quality management or
Alternatively, a completed technical training with additional qualifications in quality management (e.g. DGQ training).
Several years of specific professional experience in quality management or quality assurance.
Solid knowledge of SAP and excellent MS Office skills (especially Excel).
