This is a remote/hybrid role that can be based in either Harrisburg, PA or Tampa, FL.

We are looking for a
Sales
Order Entry Specialist to support our
Modern Infrastructure Department.

Summary:

The Order Entry Specialist's duties include receiving customer purchase orders and typing in the order data into a Sales Order Management system.

Speed, accuracy, and attention to detail are a must for this position.

Responsibilities:

Enter Sales Orders into an Order Management System by typing. in the data on the Purchase Order quickly and without mistakes.
Update existing Sales Orders.
Follow accountspecific rules while entering Sales Orders.
Interact with Sales Reps and Sales Managers.
Perform additional workrelated duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Associates Degree or higher education preferred.
12 years of relevant experience preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) of programs required.
