YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As the branch manager, you understand our customers' processes, anticipate market demands, and work with your team to incorporate them into our services and products
You are responsible for implementing innovative sales strategies and expanding our business relationships with our customers on a regional level
You manage collaboration with our suppliers on a regional level
You work closely with your colleagues in the team and act as a liaison to other departments and regional management to leverage synergies, exchange information, and promote the company's success
In addition to leading the team, you are also responsible for their professional development and retention
You take responsibility for all organizational and sales matters and are accountable for achieving and expanding agreed-upon sales targets
