Are you looking for a position in employee support and recruitment in an international environment in Stuttgart?

In your daily tasks:

You will be part of the German HR team and will have the following responsibilities:

Recruiting consultants:

  • You will lead the entire recruiting process.
  • You will write job advertisements, post job offers, and search for profiles on various job boards and social networks.
  • You will conduct interviews independently and manage the following stages until the offer is made.
  • After hiring, you will support the new employee until their start date by moderating our onboarding process.

Employee support:

  • You will support the consultants working in your area to help them with their career plans and their implementation.
  • You are open to other cross-functional activities and projects within the group, especially participating in school events.

You are:

  • You have a degree from a business school or university (in HR or a related field) and have successful experience, ideally in a consulting firm.
  • You enjoy your work, are motivated for HR projects, have good teamwork skills, and communicate well.
