Description

As an invoice clerk (m/f/d) in Marion, IL, you will be responsible for processing workshop, goodwill, and warranty orders.

You will act as a mediator between the manufacturer and the car dealership, and handle and invoice customer invoices and internal orders.

You will also independently monitor open order backlogs and create credit notes, cancellations, and additional charges when necessary.

Your profile - You:

have successfully completed a commercial or technical apprenticeship

- have relevant work experience (ideally with brands from the Volkswagen Group and/or Hyundai)
- are reliable
- are a team player
- have excellent computer skills and are proficient in MS Office applications
