What to Expect

You will work closely with the management team in the Defence sector to develop a central strategy on a global and regional level with measurable metrics
You will coordinate, lead, and develop a team of 4-5 employees
You will actively support sales in expanding our business in Europe
You will prepare and coordinate budget planning
You will strengthen business relationships with military customers, partners, and suppliers
You will promote and implement strategic initiatives locally
