Your tasks include:
- Receiving and handling telephone and written inquiries in a solutionoriented manner
- Consistently following up on all open issues according to current guidelines
- Collaborating with all relevant departments to ensure optimal service in coordination with the supervisor
- Ensuring correct documentation of customer and partner requests in the customer database or ticket system
- Providing serviceoriented contract extensions, additional contracts, and additional services
- Maintaining and entering customer master data in accordance with defined processes, error analysis, and processing of order data
We expect:
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification and initial work experience
- Strong customer orientation and communication skills
- Serviceoriented thinking and acting
- Teamwork, flexibility, and commitment
- Technical affinity and proficiency in MS Office applications
- Fluent in German, both written and spoken
- Willingness to work shifts: Mon-Fri 8:00 am 8:00 pm, Sat 10:00 am 6:00 pm
- Parttime work during shift times is also possible
