Your responsibilities - things get exciting after move-in:

  • Your tasks will be diverse and include property inspections, assessing reported defects, and performing minor repairs and maintenance work.
  • You will also be the first point of contact for our tenants and customer service representatives, coordinating tasks with the appropriate tradespeople.
  • Additionally, you may provide assistance with administrative tasks as needed.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining and monitoring the outdoor areas, ensuring compliance with safety regulations in the residential complexes, and providing support for building cleaning.
  • During tenant turnover, you will be responsible for conducting apartment handovers and inspections.
  • In the winter, you will ensure that our tenants can safely return home on cleared and salted roads and paths.
