For our client, a private bank in the Munich area, we are currently looking for a:

Credit Analyst (m/f/d) Real Estate Clients

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conducting expert analysis of the economic risk for new and existing loans from professional real estate clients (default risk), including evaluation according to the bank's risk classification procedures (rating) and assessment of collateral in compliance with regulatory and internal bank requirements
Voting and making sound decisions, as well as preparing decision templates
Technical mapping and maintenance of loan and collateral data in systems
Preparation of loan and collateral agreements for legally sound enforcement, including followup activities (monitoring, compliance with conditions, ongoing loan monitoring
