With extensive industry experience of over 20 years, we see ourselves as a competent partner for successful energy suppliers.

We are currently seeking a Recruiter (m/f/d) at our location in Oldenburg.


Responsibilities:

  • You are often the first personal contact for our applicants, answering their calls and inquiries and competently and friendly addressing their concerns
  • You support the recruiters in the recruiting process, particularly through the administrative implementation of effective job postings, scheduling of interviews, and tasks related to our applicant management system
  • You maintain and process job postings, effectively and targeted placing them on external portals
  • You manage contract creation and maintain contract returns, as well as all necessary data in our HR systems
  • You work on various administrative projects

Qualifications:

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and have a passion for HR topics and processes
  • You are interested in the opportunities of digitalization and enjoy working with IT systems
  • Practical experience with SAP HR & CRM is an advantage but not a requirement
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as a structured, precise, and independent way of working
  • You have a quick grasp and can implement what you have learned in no time
  • As an organizational talent, you love juggling multiple tasks at once
  • You have the ability to think
