We are currently looking for a Senior Director QA Manufacturing (m/f/d) to join their team in a permanent position.

The role involves leading a team of approximately 80 employees, developing quality assurance processes, planning and controlling these processes, and continuously improving quality standards within the company.

Your profile:

  • Ideally, a successful degree in engineering or natural sciences or equivalent qualification.
  • Extensive professional experience in quality management in a pharmaceutical company, including planning, managing, and controlling quality assurance processes.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with several years of responsibility for selecting, training, and developing managers and employees.
  • Expertise in implementing and improving efficient quality assurance systems and ensuring compliance with industry-specific standards.
  • Experience in applying Lean Management principles to increase efficiency in quality assurance processes is desirable.
