Description

As a Milk Technologist at Milchwerke Schwaben, you will be responsible for the production of our dairy products. You are familiar with our process flows and the functioning of technical equipment. In addition, you are knowledgeable in processing techniques such as separating, homogenizing, heating, cooling, mixing, and drying.

To do this, you will acquire knowledge in food law, hygiene regulations, product and quality standards, as well as work and environmental protection.

Your training content at a glance:

Goods receipt and incoming goods inspection
Commissioning, operation, and monitoring of technical equipment
Production, packaging, and storage of dairy products
Quality assessment of finished products Your qualifications: Do you find chemistry and physics really exciting? Are you fascinated by the raw material milk? The company training for Milk Technologist takes place at our company location in NeuUlm.

Parallel to practical training, the theory phase is conducted as block lessons at the Teaching, Experimental and Technical Center (LVFZ) for Dairy Industry in Kempten.

Your prospects:

After successfully completing your training, you have the opportunity to further your education as a Dairy Master, Technician for Dairy Industry and Dairy Technology, or Manager for Dairy Industry and Dairy Technology.
