Tracking and analyzing errors at a second level
Acceptance of IT fault requests and troubleshooting on site and via remote service tools
Ensuring smooth IT operations in the Windows and Linux environment
Optimization and support of IT infrastructure for clients and servers
Ensuring the operation of the client landscape in the Microsoft and Mac environment
Troubleshooting incident management
Development of technical requirements and documentation

Your profile

Successfully completed IT technical training, e.g. as an IT specialist for system integration or a comparable qualification
Support experience in the areas of Windows (W10/11) and current Microsoft 365 products, as well as Linux
High commitment and team spirit, as well as engagement and resilience
Excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken
Strong communication skills and customer orientation
