Description
Responsibilities:
- Own the dropship order processing workflow: quoting, order acknowledgement, vendor setup, process Purchase Orders, Sales Orders, Invoicing and payment acceptance in Quickbooks.
- Process Ecommerce orders work flow: order acknowledgment, pull & pack product, ship & confirm order.
- Provide customer service and respond timely to inquiries and address order fulfillment issues
- Responsible for maintaining customers? W9 and resale certificates for sales tax compliance in QB and Avalara
- Maintain order status information in Zoho CRM
- Ensure vendor bills match approved PO amounts
- Maintain Open Sales Order and Open Purchase Order
- Manage and process RMA workflow
- Process international shipments to Canada (customs documentation and shipping labels)
