Responsibilities
- Processing incoming complaints
- Communication with customers and suppliers via telephone, email, and ticket system
- Organizing reorders
- Personal contact for our customers
- Completed vocational training in the commercial field or relevant work experience
- Experience in administrative work or customer service in the furniture and kitchen industry is advantageous
- Proficient in using computer systems and ticket systems
- Reliability and teamwork skills
