Kake, AK is looking for an Engineer in the field of supply technology or building management (m/f/d) as an Energy Manager (m/f/d) for the building management department as soon as possible.


This position is a full-time employment for a period of 3 years, with the possibility of an indefinite extension based on the corresponding need.


Your tasks

  • Introduction, installation and maintenance of an energy management system for online recording of energy consumption in municipal properties; followed by an initial analysis of the collected data to identify weaknesses and improvement opportunities
  • Recording of all planned data of the city of Hamminkeln's properties to determine the energy and building physics status (key figures)
  • Review of energy procurement, resulting in contract controlling
  • Technical monitoring of systems, as well as organizational and operational measures to ensure optimized operation
  • Implementation of energysaving measures
  • Preparation of energy reports
  • Raising awareness among property users
  • Safe handling of employees and users of individual buildings

What we are looking for

  • Completed engineering degree in the fields of supply technology or building technology
  • Applications from beginners are expressly welcome
