The following tasks await you:

Check and evaluate deviations from the current actual situation
Coordinate the provision of resources
Set up electronic demand requests in the "sysFM" and "SAP_R/3K" systems
Order deliveries and services in the smallscale procurement procedure
Check goods receipt, delivery note and inventory lists
Obtain factual correctness and processing of invoices in the "InPro" system

We expect:

Completed specialized vocational training in a recognized training profession in technical or infrastructural facility management or in the field of transport services
Additional qualification as a facility management agent and/or professional experience in contract management
Proficient in using a PC (good knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
SAP knowledge and experience in facility management
Technical understanding is an advantage
Preferably experience in the DB Group
