We are looking for a career advisor for our partner company at the Augsburg location.

Our partner is a state-recognized and multi-award-winning educational institution that has been dedicated to adult education with passion, competence, and commitment for over 20 years.

Especially in the field of digitally supported learning methods, but also through face-to-face teaching at over 200 locations nationwide. For more than 15 years, the company has stood for innovation and quality.


Your tasks

  • You will join the active sales team and support customers from consultation to contract conclusion
  • Your tasks include networking with existing customers as well as acquiring new customers and partners
  • You are always up to date when it comes to market opportunities and have a good understanding of adult education to contribute your knowledge in various projects
  • Through a comprehensive training and further education program, you will develop your personal skills and contribute to the success of the company

Your profile

  • You are passionate about organized sales work along the entire sales funnel
  • Networking is your thing you are communicative and in contact with existing and new customers both by phone and in person
  • You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or a commercial degree and have gained several years of experience in sales of consultingintensive products
  • Your organizational talent and conscientiousness make you stand out
  • You have a strong sense for people and their talents and can use this effectively
