Job Title:
Convenience Store - Traveling Construction Superintendent

Reports To:
Director of Construction

Summary:

This is a full traveling position with all travel paid for along with accommodations

Qualifications:

Willingness to travel in Texas, Arizona, New Mexico, and neighboring states
5+ years of experience in commercial construction
Tech Savvy is a plus reporting is done through construction software
Proven experience as a Gas Station Superintendent or similar role in the construction industry.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Responsibilities:

Plan, schedule, and budget commercial construction projects
Oversee all aspects of the construction process from start to finish
Manage and motivate construction crews
Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality
Maintain positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders

Pay:
$90, $115,000.00 per year
