Responsibilities:

  • You will work in an existing team and be responsible for scheduling employees
  • You will manage existing clients and generate new ones
  • You will promote collaboration with facilities in the region
  • You will be responsible for customer and employee care
  • Personnel administration and payroll for our external employees are also part of your responsibilities
  • Assessment of employment relationships according to social security law
  • Application of laws such as working hours, Federal Leave Act, Protection Against Dismissal Act, Part-Time and Fixed-Term Employment Act, etc.
  • You will be responsible for personnel development and shift planning
  • You will shape the recruiting process: from posting job ads to conducting interviews with applicants and creating employment contracts
