COMMERCIAL SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (M/F/D)

Your responsibilities:

  • Telephone switchboard
  • Coordination and documentation of customer issues
  • Prioritization, rescheduling and follow-up of orders
  • Allocation of personnel resources to work orders
  • Recording of incoming orders in Microsoft DynamicsNAV
  • Scheduling of service technicians for standard procedures, advance planning and quick, flexible scheduling for emergencies
  • Ordering and coordination of subcontractors
