Responsibilities:

  • Working at the front desk and handling individual and group reservations
  • Training new employees
  • Continuously improving front desk processes
  • Ensuring efficient upselling at the front office
  • Preparing daily reports for all areas of the hotel
  • Providing friendly guest reception and highquality service to increase room revenue
  • Reliable work at the front office
  • Performing all standard reception tasks, such as checkin and checkout
  • Handling guest responses/feedback mailings, addressing guest complaints, and responding to written inquiries
  • Working with the hotel management software SIHOT, although not mandatory
  • Being reliable and enjoying working in a team

Qualifications:

  • Successfully completed training in the hotel industry with experience at the front office
  • A friendly and confident demeanor and a wellgroomed appearance
  • Excellent manners
  • Excellent German and English skills, with a third language being advantageous
  • Selfconfidence and personal responsibility
