Your practice in the office:

  • During your practical phases at the Cologne location, you will learn about different areas of Zurich in up to six different training stations: product, claims and risk management, controlling, and qualification in sales or quality management are just some of the opportunities available to you
  • You will also contribute strongly to conceptual work and drive innovation and digitalization
  • Together with other trainees, you will independently manage projects, such as in the areas of social media, trade fairs, or junior talent retention
  • Instead of attending vocational school, you will prepare for your IHK exam in training courses at the BWV together with other dual students

Your studies at TH Cologne:

  • In the first part of your studies, you will focus on business, economics, and mathematical basics
  • After the basic studies, you have the opportunity to specialize and delve deeper into specific topics, such as liability or property insurance, human resources management, or marketing
