Responsibilities:

  • Actively participate in daily operations and be responsible for achieving individual store goals.
  • Organize daily operations, manage staff and vacation schedules, analyze sales figures, etc.
  • After a short training period, take on responsibility for your team and tasks.

  • Completed retail apprenticeship and previous leadership experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate and plan processes.
  • Physically active, fashionconscious, and interested in current trends.
  • Approachable and highly serviceoriented with a handson mentality.
