Your tasks

For the Engineering department at our location in Villingen-Schwenningen, we are looking for a student (m/f/d) to join us for a mandatory internship of 6 months starting in the winter semester of September 2024. A combination of voluntary and mandatory internship is possible, with a minimum mandatory period of 12 weeks.

Join us and become part of Continental, and also benefit from our Villingen Internship Program (VIP).

Your tasks will include:
  • Application development using MS Visual Code with the programming language Java
  • Eclipse plugin development with Java
  • Application development using MS Visual Studio with the programming language C++ / C#
  • Use of React and Javascript for GUI creation
  • REST API definition with Open API (YAML)
  • Documentation and testing of software

Your profile
  • Currently studying computer science, computer science or a comparable course of study
  • Basic knowledge of Java, Java Script, C#, C++
  • Knowledge of AUTOSAR is desirable, but not mandatory
  • Fluent German (C1) and good English skills (B1) in spoken and written
  • Quick comprehension, analytical
