We are currently seeking a full-time, permanent employee to join our team at Zschopau House in the role of
Operating Support Staff (m/f/d) with 40 hours per week.


Your responsibilities:


  • 1st and 2nd assistant during surgeries as assigned
  • Documentation and preparation of evaluations in the endoprosthetics center
  • Preparing the operating room and positioning patients according to current standards
  • System maintenance and implant control in endoprosthetics
  • Documenting completed surgeries

What you bring to our team:

  • Completion of a medical education, preferably as a registered nurse, surgical or anesthesia technician, or a background in emergency services
  • Physical and mental resilience for extended periods of static work
  • Experience with documentation systems (SAP, Certifox, MS Office)
  • Willingness to learn and participate in specialized training (radiation protection course)
  • A professional attitude towards the job responsibilities, as well as reliability, flexibility, and teamwork
  • Adherence to hygiene and quality standards
