Responsibilities:

  • You will inspect complaints about upholstered furniture at the end customer's location
  • You will perform padding and sewing work and install replacement parts and covers at the end customer's location
  • You will work on the surfaces of leather and fabric covers
  • You will directly assess and evaluate mattress complaints on site Qualifications:
  • You have previous experience in customer service for upholstered furniture and preferably a completed apprenticeship as an upholsterer (m/f/d)
  • You are dedicated and able to work independently, with a focus on achieving success
  • You have good knowledge of German
  • Driver's license
  • Good knowledge of common computer programs is an advantage We offer:
