This is your chance to use your extensive expertise in providing needs-based advice for real estate financing and take on responsible tasks.

Your tasks - diverse and exciting You will be the contact person for real estate financing for private customers and work competently and cooperatively with the specialist departments and advisors in our company.

Qualified advice for your private customers on all questions related to mortgage financing, including government funding programs and securing the property - upon customer request, also outside of business hours or outside of our Real Estate Center.

Development of needs-based financing solutions by utilizing our products, public funding, and network partners, while considering legal framework conditions. Processing of administrative tasks until the disbursement of loan funds. Intensification of existing customer relationships.
