Position:
Disposition Officer for German Armed Forces Vehicles (m/f/d)


What you'll be doing:

  • Disposition of vehicles and systems to HILowned and military repair facilities, as well as subcontractors, including invoice verification and order monitoring
  • Commissioning of freight forwarders and coordination of transport processes
  • Proactive order control, monitoring of logistical processes, identification of deviations, and ensuring their resolution
  • Support in creating, monitoring, and adhering to the budget within the product group
  • As the central point of contact, you will communicate solutionoriented with contract partners and the customer, the German Armed Forces, directly and indirectly
  • Actively participate in continuous improvement processes to optimize internal and external processes

What you'll need:

  • Successfully completed technical or commercial vocational training
  • Certified specialist training or additional education/training (technician, master, business specialist (m/f/d)) would be desirable
  • Some work experience preferred
