We are currently looking for you as part of direct personnel placement as a Nursing Service Manager (m/f/d) in Strandburg, SD.

What we expect from you:

  • Completed training as a geriatric nurse (m/f/d)
  • Further training as a responsible nursing specialist according to § 71 SGB XI (m/f/d)
  • Ideally several years of professional experience as Deputy Nursing Service Manager
  • Reliability and a high level of responsibility and organizational skills

Your tasks will include:

  • You enjoy leading a team in a teamoriented work atmosphere
  • You are the contact person for administrative and organizational tasks
  • You actively and independently promote and manage the professional development of your subordinates in coordination with the facility management
  • You take on management tasks and organize shifts and vacation planning
