We are currently seeking a Trainee Regional Manager (m/f/d) for the Argentum Care Group, to start as soon as possible, nationwide.


Responsibilities:

  • As a Regional Manager (m/f/d), your personal responsibility is to work together with facility managers to ensure and continuously improve our nursing and care services, as we strive to provide the highest quality of care in Germany.
  • Overall economic and organizational responsibility for our locations
  • Coordination of daily operations and planning and management of resources
  • Trustworthy, transparent, respectful, and performanceenhancing personnel management
  • Development of new business areas and regional networks in the healthcare sector
  • Optimization and further development of crossdepartmental and crosslocation processes

Requirements:

  • Degree in business administration, nursing, or a comparable commercial education
  • Professional experience in elderly care (as a former facility manager or comparable position
