Your area of influence

As an internal information security officer, you are responsible for implementing, controlling and further developing information security management at byte. You also support our project teams in the areas of information security and IT security. How you do it:

You conceptualize a threat and protection needs analysis and derive internal guidelines from it.
You gain an overview of the digital resilience and information security of our projects and internal IT systems and derive action needs and initiatives from it.
You are responsible for the continuous development of byte's information security, taking into account internal, national and international standards.
You prepare the implementation of information security policies (according to ISO/IEC 27XXX) and ensure their implementation and compliance.
You contribute to strengthening IT security competence at byte and support our project teams in applying security by design on a daily basis.
