This applies not only to the flight itself, but also to the travel planning and booking process. This is where you come in as a passenger consultant (m/f/d). Our client is a consortium of several airlines.

Your tasks will include:

You will be the direct point of contact (m/f/d) for customers who want to book their trip
You will answer all questions about destinations, entry formalities, transfer times, and of course, seats and onboard service via telephone and email
You will coordinate flight times, offer special rates, or calculate the number of bonus miles required for the flight

These are our requirements:

Professional experience in the commercial sector
Good verbal communication skills
Good PC skills
Serviceoriented demeanor
Responsibility and commitment
Structured and goaloriented work style
Time flexibility
In addition to excellent German, you ideally also have knowledge of another foreign language
