Due to the continuous expansion of our services, we are currently seeking
employees (m/f/d) for certification and procurement procedures.

Your diverse tasks include:


  • Independent processing of admission applications
  • Collaboration with various authorities
  • Research for suitable tenders on various portals
  • Concept development
  • Tenderrelated form processing
  • Coordination, monitoring, and other diverse tasks within quality management
  • Monitoring and compliance with relevant regulations and deadlines
  • General administrative and assistance tasks, as well as support for management
  • Additional tasks may be added upon qualification and interest, by agreement

You have:


  • A university or technical college degree in business administration or a very wellcompleted commercial training
  • Ideally, knowledge of SGB III (45 and 81) and AZAV
  • Ideally, knowledge of procurement procedures and tenders for labor market services
  • Professional experience in the education sector/adult education desirable
  • High service orientation and a professional demeanor
  • High level of social competence and good manners
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Independent, efficient, and structured way of working and thinking
  • High level of commitment, initiative, and flexibility
  • Excellent knowledge of Windows and MS Office
