The investment focus is on acquiring developable multi-family houses with low energy efficiency ratings in metropolitan regions. These properties are always acquired with the goal of generating long-term value appreciation through energy-efficient and modern living concepts.

As part of the planned expansion of their current real estate portfolio, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Investment Manager (m/f/d) Residential Value Add in a permanent position at their location in Frankfurt.

The role:

  • Independent identification, examination, and evaluation of potential investment properties and portfolios in the German real estate market, with a focus on developable residential properties at the property and portfolio level
  • Development and implementation of economic and sustainable acquisition strategies
  • Preparation of decision templates for internal stakeholders
  • Execution of transactions and negotiation of purchase agreements
  • Conducting commercial due diligence and managing technical and legal due diligence along the transactions
  • Expansion of existing regional and national networks with relevant market participants such as institutional investors,
