The P&C Strategy Team supports the Head of HR at HVB in strategically relevant projects and initiatives. We work closely with colleagues from all business areas of HVB and the UniCredit Group at the holding level.

In our team, we bundle cross-functional People & Culture topics and design corresponding initiatives and formats.

We are currently looking for an all-rounder to join our young and motivated team, specifically in the areas of Culture, Diversity Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) and Business Management.

What you can expect from us:

You will support the P&C Strategy Team in the conception and implementation of strategic topics, as well as in day-to-day operations, gaining comprehensive insights into the diverse topics of our People & Culture function at HVB and the UniCredit Group.
You will take on responsibility in Business Management for the Head of People & Culture, for example in creating presentations, handling adhoc requests, or preparing events.
You will help shape initiatives and formats related to DE&I, working closely with our Diversity Sponsors and networks, and supporting in the creation of KPI analyses.
You will gain insight into the cultural activities of the bank and be involved in developing concepts and formats that highlight our company values.

What we are looking for:

You are in an advanced stage of your studies with an interest in HR (from the 4th semester onwards).
