Human Resources Officer with a focus on employee support (full-time, m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

Conducting employee meetings
Acting as a consultant and point of contact for all managers and executives in the company
Comprehensive support for employees in all HRrelated matters
Investigating, implementing, and advising on disciplinary matters and complaints
Other administrative tasks
Supporting HRrelated projects and personnel planning

Your qualifications:

You possess a high level of empathy and have a confident and friendly demeanor
Completed degree in Human Resources or a comparable education
Relevant professional experience in HR
Proficient in MS Office
Reliability, commitment, teamwork, and assertiveness
