Every year, we are looking for over 5,000 apprentices in 50 different professions who want to grow and improve with us.

We are currently seeking candidates for a 3-year apprenticeship as a Traffic Service Clerk at our Osnabrueck location with DB InfraGO AG, starting on September 1st, 2024.

The vocational school for this program is located in Burgdorf (near Hannover). During your time at the vocational school, DB will provide you with accommodation.

Here's what you can expect from your apprenticeship:

  • You will assist and advise our customers at the DB Information desk and in the mobile service at train stations.
  • You will gain knowledge about travel offers, services, and safety measures.
  • You will learn how to use modern communication and sales systems.
  • You will acquire important skills in customer consultation and support, marketing, and project management.

Your profile:

  • You have successfully completed (or will soon complete) your education.
  • You have good knowledge of foreign languages.
  • You value customer service and orientation.
  • You can remain calm and organized in difficult situations.
  • You are responsible, reliable, flexible, and mobile.
