Support of project management in organizational and administrative tasks | Accompaniment and coaching of our specialist teams & key users in project phases regarding project management methods, tools, and organizational matters | Independent moderation and organization of workshops | Proactive & service-oriented communication between project stakeholders | Creation of presentations & reports as well as project reports, documents, and instructions
