To support our Order Support team, we are looking for an:

Order Entry Specialist (All genders)

Location:
Mönchengladbach

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Receive and process orders and contracts
Work closely with sales teams
Coordinate deliveries
Track orders and purchase processes
Manage customer inquiries and provide support
Handle complaints and returns
Document and archive orders

WHAT YOU BRING:

A degree in business or a related field, or a completed commercial apprenticeship
Ideally, several years of operational experience in the IT industry and familiarity with inventory management systems
Experience with SAP
Affinity and interest in ITrelated topics and IT distribution
Strong problemsolving skills, selfmotivation, resultsoriented work style, and excellent communication skills at all levels
Fluent in German
