Otoqi was founded in 2016 and is a French start-up with the goal of simplifying the lives of drivers by providing them with easy access to a clean vehicle, regardless of its use.

With our AI-enabled technology platform, we serve the carsharing, car rental, and automotive industries.


We are looking for motivated individuals like you to join our Field Operations Team and help us tackle the challenges of the mobility sector with connected and sustainable services.


As an Office Manager, your task is to manage all office-related matters, keep track of information, and bring Otoqi's values to life.


Your responsibilities:


  • You support our Finance & Office Manager in all organizational matters related to our offices in Madaket, MA.
  • You are the point of contact for our Area Managers and assist them with procurement and ordering for their locations.
  • You independently manage officerelated tasks.
  • You order and coordinate work materials for our employees and maintain inventory lists.
  • You review incoming invoices from our suppliers (accounts payable management).
  • You enjoy organizing and help with team events by coordinating and implementing them.
  • If needed, you support our Finance & Office Manager with evaluations and analyses for financial reporting.

Requirements:


  • You have experience in office management and/or general office tasks.
  • Ideally, you are studying business administration or have a commercial education.
  • You are organized and always keep an overview.
