We are recruiting for a
Director Global Oncology Marketing for a new asset in the anti-LAG3 class **of drugs.

This new brand will be launched in the coming years and is an exciting opportunity to help patients and build our company's oncology portfolio.

This position will require outstanding leadership in brand development and launch preparation. This experienced marketer's role will focus on preparing for the launch of MSS Colorectal Cancer indication.


This will include but not be limited to the following:

  • Brand strategy development and execution
  • L3 Next development and execution including omnichannel customer engagement
  • Global Launch Readiness leadership and launch execution
  • Region & market engagement
  • Scientific leader engagement strategy development and execution
  • Internal & external communication planning
  • This role will also serve as the Asset Lead for MK1308A and will have an opportunity to work on various coformulation portfolio projects.

Key Skills / Attributes / Experiences Required:

  • Global oncology marketing and/or global marketing for a launch product
  • Close partnership with colleagues in our Research and Development Division / CORE / Medical / Regions & Markets
  • Working with Promotional Review Team (PRT)
  • Working with creative agencies
  • Experience partnering with internal and external stakeholders, to lead / colead activities as below
  • Target product profile development, global regulatory filing strategy, launch readiness reviews, organized customer interactions, market research, demand analysis, revenue, and P&L forecasting, BD&L activities, brand strategy, RWE development, promotion compliance reviews
  • Demonstrated ability to develop innovative and bold strategies both at the brand and scientific level.
  • Ability to work within complex organizations and markets and leading subteams and influencing without authority.
  • Ability to build an aspirational vision and engaging with teams to drive realization
  • Learning agility and adaptability to fast paced change
  • Enterprise mindset and passion for driving positive patient impact

Education Requirement:


  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Advanced degree preferred (MBA, Pharm D, PhD)

Experience:


  • 10 years' experience in pharmaceutical/biotech industry
