To strengthen our dynamic team at Eurofins Umwelt West GmbH, we are looking for a
Team Assistant/ Runner for Sample Reception in part-time or full-time (m/f/d) at our location in Friedrichsdorf, starting as soon as possible.


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • As a Team Assistant/ Runner, you are responsible for prioritizing orders based on rush level during sample delivery
  • You are the point of contact for customers and courier services (receiving samples and packages)
  • Your tasks include checking orders for completeness and accuracy (quality control)
  • You unpack, scan, and set up preregistered samples
  • You support our sample registration by labeling and boxing samples
  • You sort and distribute our consumables
  • You ensure smooth processes within sample reception and act as a liaison to other departments
  • You conduct inventory checks of consumables and replenish when necessary
