Your responsibilities

  • As a Scrum Master, you are responsible for shaping the principles, values, and methods of agile collaboration within the product team and ensuring consistent processing standards
  • You manage the definition of deliverables in coordination with the Product Owner and plan all measures for the operational introduction of new IT products/services in collaboration with the Operation Engineer
  • You support the team methodically and practically to achieve goals and results during a sprint and continuously improve value creation processes
  • You are responsible for organizing, conducting, and following up on agile team events/occurrences (e.g. retrospective, daily standup)
  • You use appropriate tools (e.g. Scrum/Kanban board) to promote efficient teamwork and create target groupspecific reports for defined committees
  • You eliminate obstacles both within and outside the team's responsibility, as well as barriers between stakeholders and other teams
  • You actively promote interdisciplinary collaboration and selfresponsibility within the team and shape the change process by conveying and embodying agile values and principles
Your profile

  • You have a degree in business administration, information/communication technologies, or a comparable education
  • You have many years of experience in project management in the IT field and/or in establishing project management standards or modern methods
  • You have extensive knowledge of agile frameworks (e.g. SAFe) as well as agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, OKR) and are proficient in using relevant collaboration tools (e.g
