Description

For a globally operating corporate group in the Wiesmoor area, we are looking for a dedicated and reliable dispatcher (m/f/d) for a full-time position. Here, you have the exciting opportunity to work in an international environment and actively contribute to the smooth running of logistics processes.

Your responsibilities

Receiving customer inquiries and orders
Planning and coordinating order processing
Ensuring that necessary resources such as personnel, vehicles, and materials are available
Receiving, recording, and logging fault reports in a 3-shift model
Performing general administrative tasks

Your qualifications

Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
Experience in dispatching, ideally in the logistics, transportation, or service industry
Organizational skills and the ability to coordinate complex tasks
Knowledge of dispatching software is advantageous
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) required
