We are seeking a new team member for our administration in Mission Canyon, CA.

You will work in a friendly and family-like environment with supportive colleagues. Our facility will be celebrating its 20th anniversary next year and we are proud to have many long-term employees. This has created a comfortable and welcoming work atmosphere. Our administration, nursing, and housekeeping staff work together and have direct communication, allowing for efficient teamwork.

As an administrative staff member, you will be the first point of contact for our facility.

You should have a friendly demeanor and excellent communication skills to serve as a representative for our residents, potential residents, and their families.


The responsibilities of this position include answering phone calls, responding to electronic inquiries and correspondence, and managing monthly billing for our residents.

You will also be responsible for admissions and communication with various organizations such as nursing insurance companies, government agencies, and legal guardians.


As a candidate, you should have experience in writing letters and handling financial documents, which you may have gained through a previous business education.

We will provide comprehensive training on our programs and procedures.

You will work closely with different teams in the administration and nursing departments, but should also be able to handle challenges and tasks independently.

This is a part-time position, Monday through Friday.
